Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use TeamViewer to support our staff internally and easily. We have purchased an organizational license for this. We also use this to keep track of the devices that we have and also remotely manage some of the devices that needs patching. The tool is very responsive but does need an update from time to time.

- Assset Tracking
- Communicating with client
- Asset Management System
- Updates could be less frequent
- Client Version control
- We can support users without being on site
- Saves time and fuel cost
- Better relationshipt with customers
Probably within year.
TeamViewer is more responsive and secure. I would no use any other other than TeamViewer

We have not taken advantage of this feature. There ware plans in the future but for now, we are using a different solution for these.
