Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We are a distributor of printing and marketing. We utilize the program for our clients who are in the health care provider industry to remind their participants about yearly health care enrollment and wellness testing.
  • I can program a date in the future to send
  • Good reporting tools
  • Ease of use
  • If over a 30 second message and I have credits but not enough I have to go back in and charge more. It would be better that it detects the length of message and deducts any credits I currently have and gives me an accurate total that I have to purchase to complete my messaging project.

  • The phone calling has worked with great results because our target groups are not proficient at emails or technology.

Texting can be confusing to some of our end users because it's a number they don't recognize so the message is overlooked.
