Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All
I coordinate weekly classes that have a wide range of participants each week. Text-Em-All allows me to create groups for multiple classes that we offer at our facility and text reminders to those who have signed up for our classes. Participants can then respond individually with any questions they have leading up to their visit. Text-Em-All has helped us with participant attendance as less people forget they are signed up for our classes. It also allows people to easily let us know if they have to cancel so that we can contact others who may be on a waitlist.

- Customer Service is very responsive and always willing to answer questions and work with me on my needs.
- Pricing is based on number of contacts each month instead of individual texts.
- It is easy to create groups of contacts for our ever-changing needs.

I reached out to several other text services before deciding on Text-Em-All. The two main things that set this company apart and ultimately won our business was the ability to pay per contact instead of per text message and the ability to have a prerecorded voicecall for those contacts who did not have a cell phone.
