Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

I coordinate weekly classes that have a wide range of participants each week. Text-Em-All allows me to create groups for multiple classes that we offer at our facility and text reminders to those who have signed up for our classes. Participants can then respond individually with any questions they have leading up to their visit. Text-Em-All has helped us with participant attendance as less people forget they are signed up for our classes. It also allows people to easily let us know if they have to cancel so that we can contact others who may be on a waitlist.

I have had to contact support with questions twice (once regarding tax exempt status and once regarding a change in our subscription. Both times, the response was timely and extremely helpful.
Text-Em-All has made it very easy to send emergency notifications for class changes within seconds of any change in plans. We have had to cancel classes due to weather, or change dates due to calendaring conflicts. With Text-Em-All we always know that our announcement has been delivered and don't have to fear someone slipping through the cracks when we have important information to get out.
I reached out to several other text services before deciding on Text-Em-All. The two main things that set this company apart and ultimately won our business was the ability to pay per contact instead of per text message and the ability to have a prerecorded voicecall for those contacts who did not have a cell phone.

Text-Em-All is well suited to a company that will text different people based on different situations. It is easy to add and delete people from groups as they register for different classes that we offer. It is also great for companies that will need to respond to participant questions via text. As Text-Em-All is priced by contact and not by individual texts, holding lengthy conversations with an individual never incurs more cost.

Text-Em-All also offers a recorded call option for those on your contact list that prefer not to text. This has been very helpful for our organization who serves a lot of seniors who only have a home phone.
