Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We need to communicate with staff assigned and working at our client employer in a way that allows them to respond when they are able to. Many times these are brief notices or quick questions or reminders, and we want to be able to send those without it being an interruption to their current job tasks.
  • Let me know if the text was not deliverable.
  • Allows you to text multiple people.
  • Allows you to easily recognize who is responding to your message.
  • If we could have account-wide text templates that would be helpful. Many things that we do are simple reminders or questions that would lend themselves to a template.
  • It could also be handy to be able to create a standard "signature" that is added to the end of any initial message you might send; since the text will come from a number the employee might not recognize, it might get ignored.
  • It's integrated with our applicant/employee tracking system.
  • Notifications of incoming messages either in the browser or email.

  • We definitely have a higher response rate when we contact applicants via text message; it seems to be the thing people check more often than email now.
  • It saves us a lot of time wasted before with "phone tag" when employees are unable to immediately to take a call.
With the integration with our ATS, we can send out job notices, appointment reminders, and job site closure notices very quickly and reliably.

Texting is a really great way to send brief reminders or questions to staff out in the field. The only real downside is that you are texting from a number that is different than your primary phone number, so sometimes people will not recognize the number the text is coming from.

Evaluating Text-Em-All and Competitors

Yes - Text-Magic didn't integrate with our new Applicant Tracking System. Since text-em-all integrated we moved over to that system and have been very please with the combination of features that we gained.
