Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti

We are using Tipalti as our vendor management and payment portal. The main issue that Tipalti has helped us tackle is paying vendors through their chosen payment method.
  • Processing scheduled payments on time.
  • Vendor information maintained efficiently like collecting tax forms, providing different payments options.
  • Auto populating common items in a new bill like the GL, department, currency, etc.
  • We cannot filter the bills that are 'unpayable' through system. It will show all bills.
  • The system usually captures the right information from the bill but when the currency is incorrect.
  • When there are more than one bill lines in an invoice, for example 100, and we only need 2 or 3, we have to manually delete each of the 100 bill lines captured by system.
  • Less manual errors.
  • More time for more productive work.
  • Better vendor relationship.
  • On time vendor payments.
It is easy to use and reliable. The data is secure and protected. We can have multiple approvers. Keeps the stress out of the work. Tipalti support team is very helpful.
It is very easy to contact Tipalti support. We just have to send them an email and they take care of it pretty quickly and efficiently.

Tipalti works great in the following scenarios:
  • When there is high volume of invoice every month.
  • When there are different types of vendors and different payment methods for each vendor.
  • When you have to issue large number of payments each week.
It is less appropriate when:
  • Not much volume.
  • Vendors are hesitant to create an account on a third party website.
