Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Currently, I have used Trello to track incoming projects and create a workflow using Zapier and Google Forms/Sheets that automates all incoming marketing requests into a queue while also looping in those needed to authorize the projects to love forward.

Show thumbnails for PDFs and PSD files.
Offer more options for the "freemium" users visually.
Fewer steps to delete boards.

monday.com and Basecamp

For the price, value, and support, Trello has always been the standard. What it doesn't have native, you can usually find a workflow plugin. I find Trello already in use, at many jobs before I even get there.

Likelihood to Recommend

Trello is best suited for creative or project-based teams. Not that you can't use it in other ways, but accounting, for instance, may get overwhelmed when using it.
