Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

It is being used to address handling payroll and all other benefits including health, disability, 401k, etc. Overall it reduces employer benefit cost. The customer service is very helpful, they resolve employee issues with minor help from us. They helped us in setting up payroll, 401k, health, and disability insurances. Implementing all HR processes was very detailed, including good customized reporting if needed.

  • Could use some improvement with printing reports to help eliminate custom reporting.
So far they have been very helpful and always quick on resolving issues.
We are very satisfied with the service and it has yet to let us down.

We did not evaluate any other products.
TriNet is very helpful for small businesses. It will eliminate dealing with all Human Resource benefits.
In my opinion, large businesses will do not gain the same benefits from TriNet as small businesses do.
