Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is being used throughout the business both in the US and Canada and covers all of our HR needs. We needed an easy-to-use and self-sufficient system that could handle on-boarding, HR, payroll, and the works.

  • There is a lot of information at your disposal, unfortunately, there's not a lot on how to access all that the platform has to offer. Some training would help!
It's difficult to get a hold of my client success specialist, and I find that he forgets important items for weeks at a time and I have to check-in and nudge and remind them. When I have to speak to a new specialist, it's like I have to start the issue from scratch.
The platform is very easy and intuitive as I've previously mentioned, however, the serious drawback is that there's so much more at our disposal! There's so many lists and other crucial information in there if we do a little digging, but the sad thing is I wouldn't have known about all this if I didn't get curious about it—some training on what's all available would be great!

  • TriNet's customer service in Canada can be improved significantly. If you offer a service please have the same capabilities as the US entity.
TriNet had a more comprehensive approach and their online platform was very intuitive!
Overall, TriNet does the job pretty well and you can always contact an associate when there's an issue or you need assistance. However, I feel that employees don't go to TriNet or don't feel comfortable contacting the service, most of the time it's me as the lead contact.
