- Customer Service - the move from an assigned customer rep to Connect 360 has diminished the effectiveness and timeliness of the customer support for SNTC
- Follow-up and follow-through. Changed banks and notified Trinet two pay cycles ahead of the change. Trinet failed to perform the required checks causing the payroll to fail. Trinet then attempted to bully SNTC for the mistake. When reps finally admitted Trinet failed to perform the correct steps, I asked for SNTC's account to be cleared of black marks. Was not done and bullying continued when asked to direct wire payroll funds for the next payroll. Too many errors by Trinet personnel for one simple bank change.
