[The] Whole organization uses TripActions to book travel and keep everything organized and in line with the company policy so there's no confusion. Helps with business travel, coordination and arrangement. Allows teams to travel together easily.
- Easy to book
- Easy to cancel, change, modify reservations
- Really useful way of comparing different flights, hotels, options with additional info that I didn't think I needed
- Good customer service and support
- Sometimes 4 support reps will chat with you at the same time, creates confusion
- Certain links are hard to find due to design rather than usability - change seat, cancel
- Save employee time
- Save managers, operations time
- Create positive experience so employees can focus on their jobs rather than frustrated with travel plans
