Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
There were multiple products on the watch. Mulesoft, APIGEE, tableau, Informatica, etc but based on ERP system and use cases, finally we voted for SAP Integration Suite.
Recently, we got more than 1 product license to be used. Other than SAP Integration Suite, we later went ahead and purchased Mulesoft and APIGEE for different use cases and to keep the landscape clean for better performance. The team size included, IT, Biz and advisory team. With POC, we were able to finalize in a month.

I mostly use Gartner as it has rich content but TrustRadius gives access to real-time feedback from users which is more close to a user response and understanding.
Gartner has detailed documents, charts, matrix and experts to share details and feedbacks. TrustRadius is more like an open forum where you have lots of reviews and feedback but without supporting documents.
Use cases demos or white papers type for things explaining features and addons will be very productive.
