I also really like the premium profile options - especially that we can include customer assets & downloadables. I just wish we weren't limited on how many we can include. Peer review touches a lot of internal teams, some include Marketing, Customer Success & Customer Support.
- Review management program is great to help share our customers feedback first hand, not only for us to improve our product based on their needs, but of course to help prospects going through their own buying decision journey to determine what is best for them.

- It would be great if there wasn't a limit on the number of assets we could include on our profile. However, we understand that there would have to be a cap at some point.

TrustRadius is wonderful for sharing detailed customer reviews/feedback. Compared to other sites, TR is definitely one of the most detailed which just helps the readers determine what software is best for them. They are great partners to work with - very smart and always a delight to connect with.
As mentioned earlier in the review, TR is definitely one of the most detailed with regard to the review questions asked. The only downside to this is that it becomes a larger ask for customers to fill out, given that it takes quite a bit of time to write a review.
We haven't used custom questions just yet, but hope to in the future.
