Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We use TrustRadius to help us understand how customers perceive our products, to collect feedback on features and the end-to-end customer experience (including support), and to promote our products as technology buyers are searching for solutions to help them do their jobs better.
  • Proactive account management: Our account manager is constantly looking for ways that we can make the most of the platform, including integrating TrustRadius with Salesforce.
  • TrustRadius does a great job with optimizing search results so that B2B buyers find our company's reviews when researching product information.
  • TrustRadius provides graphic comparison tools that we can forward to our prospects, letting them know from an independent, trusted source how we compare to our competitors.
  • Although TrustRadius has some good tools for integrating customer quotes with Salesforce, we're always looking for easier and easier ways to get our sales team more engaged with using these glowing reviews during their sales process.
  • TrustRadius has helped us provide unbiased perspectives from customers who have used the product, accelerating the sales process on more than one occasion.
G2Crowd: TrustRadius was our first pick and because we have reviews established with TR, it is harder to justify switching or investing much effort in building up a store of reviews on another platform.
We have KPIs for collecting customer feedback, testimonials, and case studies, and the reviews on TrustRadius help us identify which companies might be well suited for case studies. We also use the quotes on the web site. We are incorporating testimonials on many of our trial submission form pages as well, which has increased conversion on those pages.
The quality of content that TrustRadius collects from our customers is phenomenal: It is typically detailed and is clearly unbiased. We learn from our customers through TrustRadius in ways that we haven't been able to directly. Our customers tend to tell it like it is on TrustRadius, which increases our credibility when we make claims backed by content from TrustRadius. We also apply what we've learned from TrustRadius reviews to our product development, support, and sales processes.
TrustRadius is particularly useful when a company is competing against 3-4 other companies with similar offerings: Having great reviews that provide details about your product capabilities, as well as customer support and the sales cycle, is important.
