Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors
Druva uses the TrustRadius for Vendors platform to gather and analyze customer reviews. On the backend, the company uses the information in several ways: 1) to provide feedback to product marketing teams 2) to provide customer data for Demand Generation teams for category retargeting 3) to provide customer references and quotes for marketing campaigns and uses.

- Provides relevant information in a timely fashion and with sufficient detail

- Better consistency in categories. For example, where a company's products are placed within the category aren't always consistent with where its direct competitors are and vice versa
- Because of the level of granularity within categories, there wasn't much customer data to do automated category retargeting

The quality of the customer reviews was very good and superior to several other customer review sites that I have used. Here's how:
