Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

The primary ways I have used TrustRadius is for creating review widgets for webpages, running review generation campaigns, using TrustQuotes as customer testimonial, and identifying where our traffic is coming from. TrustRadius has made me more effective in my role because we are able to easily provide out customer testimonial about our product. I also appreciate the value of having review generation campaigns ran for us, which takes away a lot of the heavy lifting. We only need to provide the list of contacts!

The majority of the time the review content is great. We are able to add customizable questions, which allows us to get meaningful insights that we can then share internally. Some review sites only require minimal content which results in one-worded reviews such as "good" or "bad". I can always trust the feedback we receive on TrustRadius.
We are currently working with a couple of other vendors, G2 Crowd and BirdEye. Each vendor has its own pros and cons when it comes to using them. However, what stands out most about TrustRadius is our relationship with our CSM. Our CSM is very responsive whenever we have questions or when there are new TrustRadius features that they think will be beneficial to us.
TrustRadius is a great tool when it comes to sharing out what customers think about your product. From one review, we can extract out multiple TrustQuotes that speak on different aspects of our product. We are also able to learn about where our customers think we could improve. The option for a customer to opt in to be contacted for a reference is also extremely helpful!
