Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We use TrustRadius to source customer reviews and to get an unbiased understanding of how satisfied our customers are with our solutions. The customer reviews provide great social proof points that are being used in marketing campaigns and by sales.
  • The platform is easy to use and navigate.
  • TrustRadius widgets for webpages.
  • Great at managing vendor relationships by providing insights and support.
  • The tags for quotes are time-consuming. A multi-tag option that lets you tag multiple quotes at once would be great.
  • Campaigns, including customer review quotes from TrustRadius, tend to perform well and boost traffic.
  • Great social proof points for both marketing communications and sales to improve performance.
My organization started to use the intent data last year for a few paid social campaigns. We don't have sufficient data at this time to make a decision about its performance.
Compared to other review providers, TrustRadius makes it very easy to utilize reviews and quotes for marketing campaigns. The turnaround time on requests (such as review sourcing links) is usually less than 24h. Our account managers are very responsive and provide great insights and recommendations for how we can continue to improve our review sourcing and usage across the organization.
The TrustRadius team is very responsive and helpful. They always provide support, check in on the progress of our ongoing projects, and suggest new ideas and projects improve review sourcing and usage.
TrustRadius is perfect for review usage and sourcing. If you're looking for a quick and simple process to source and use reviews, TrustRadius is it. Other vendors have more complex processes, and awards and reports are usually not already included in your contract.
