We love working with TrustRadius. They help generate product reviews that prospect trust and consult during buying. We use the TrustRadius awards on landing pages and paid media to help build 3rd party trust among prospects.

We have used the LinkedIn audience builder for retargeting prospects that have looked at our page and our industries page.
TrustRadius reviews ask many in-depth questions and generate much better answers than other tools we've used. Some other tools allow you to leave scores. TrustRadius also allows us to create custom questions for our audience.
Our CSMs have been great to work with.
TrustRadius is very similar to G2 in collecting reviews and asking questions. Capterra is a much quicker review process with fewer in-depth questions asked.

TrustRadius does a great job of generating reviews. We can request a custom landing page link, which they provide within a few hours. These custom landing pages can be embedded anywhere, creating a smooth process for customers to leave reviews. I wish it were easier to move up the TR rankings and improve your score.
