Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors
We use TrustRadius for Vendors to generate customer reviews for several reasons, including getting customers' feedback, building customers' testimonials library, identifying prospects for case studies, and promoting our solution as an alternative to our competitors also listed on TrustRadius. We have been using TrustRadius for Vendors for several months and have generated about 13 customer reviews so far. Our product is complex and requires professional implementation. We are still figuring out the proper model for the interview generation campaigns. Unfortunately, our business unit has a startup mentality in a big corporation setup, and we do not have proper support for this product, such as a customer success team that can help us out with this project.
- The ability to add your content, such as demos and promo videos
- Intent data showcases the interest in our product category
- Detailed reviews
- To my understanding, some of the functionality features were suggested by the first vendor in the category, and sometimes the comparison with our product is not in our favor and affects the rating
- Have the stats of campaign execution available in the portal
- Generating some testimonials
