Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

Our lawn business utilizes TSheets and Tsheets Kiosk to aid in time-tracking for our employees. It has streamline the process of tracking and approving payroll hours each week.
  • Customer service is the best around. Kelsey has been especially helpful.
  • The product is user-friendly.
  • The price is a good value considering the time it saves.
  • The only issue I've had to date is that the Kiosk app on our iPad tends to freeze up. However, that may be a connection or hardware issue rather than a Tsheets issue.
  • Tsheets has eliminated the hassle of hand-written time cards.
Based on the reviews, Tsheets was the first and only time-tracking app we have tried.
It's great for companies that want their employees to be responsible for clocking in and out electronically, with the capability of exporting hours directly into QuickBooks Online. I love the added benefit of photo capture on the kiosk to prevent employees from clocking in or out for each other.
