We currently use Twilio Sendgrid, programmable voice, and SMS in our current Fintech solution. The programmable voice was part of our IVR setup, which proved more stable than our previous service provider. Also, Twilio Sendgrid & SMS is a reliable service for our alert engine module, ensuring our clients are notified promptly based on their configuration.
