Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform

We started by automating several mundane tasks using UiPath to get comfortable with it. Furthermore, we purchased 5 attended, 2 unattended and an UiPath orchestrator to move some of our SLA bound tasks. There are some tasks which needs to be performed after every 15 min, which is fine. Some customer care and infrastructure tasks which are done using attended robots as well. Overall we are happy with this dot net based tool.
It's being used in different parts of our organization.

  • Complex executions
  • You can access all databases directly on UiPath, so no need to install anything else.
  • There are OCR engines and screen scrapping tools which helps a lot in automating tasks.
  • There are new cognitives activity which can detect any selector which are often hard to detect.
  • Overall positive impact on ROI.
Its fast,accurate and economically feasible
You can use it wherever you want. It's multi-purposeful in nature but as for its cost, you should not use it for deploying small automation effort tasks. Go for unattended robot if you have some task that needs to run 24 hours without any manual intervention.
