Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

UKG Pro is used across the whole organization. We use it to track hours, to manage employees' information, for payroll, onboarding, recruiting, open enrollment, life event, etc.

  • Ability to manage most of the HR activities within one platform.
  • Cost/time savings during payroll processing.
Easy to use, platform friendly, and when integrated with other software, it doesn't tend to slow them down.
Very responsive when it was UltiPro. However, after the merge, I noticed that the timeline for case processing has increased.
Yes, I remember one day that I was having issues processing payroll, and I opened a case and even after midnight, the rep stays with me in the resolution of the case. He was very patient and helpful which make me feel, I wasn't alone with the process.
In general, UKG Pro is a great Human Capital Management system. It covers a variety of features that allow management of employees in a more comprehensive way and organized. It could be adaptable to any organization. At the beginning of the implementation of the Workforce Management, weren't a lot of resources available, but they have improved tremendously in the development of this feature that now is more useful.
