Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is being used across the organization. Personally I use it for benefits purposes. Our financial department also uses for payroll. UltiPro helps us set up deductions, W2s, ACA configs, benefits enrollment, pulling reports. All of our employees have a profile in UltiPro which allows them to get their pay information. However, generally only HR and finance use this program.
  • For the basic stuff like updating your personal information, it is very easy to use.
  • Generally pulling reports is pretty easy and there are many options on the output (PDF vs. Excel.)
  • Nice user interface.
  • Great customer service!
  • UltiPro web should have the same options as UltiPro back office.
  • Some reports are not very organized, such as the ACA reports.
  • Easier guides and tutorials. Some guides are hard to follow.
I really can't think of any situation where it would be well suited or less appropriate since I've only used in a home healthcare environment.

I've never had a problem with customer service. I would have to say that UltiPro's customer service is one of the best. Anytime I've had to submit a ticket for an issue, I've always been contacted promptly with a resolution. I've taken several classes and the instructors have always been very good.
