Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We currently use UltiPro for our HR and finance needs. We love the onboarding feature specifically. UltiPro is currently being used across the whole organization as a resource for all employees to access their information and company data.
- The reporting capabilities are great and are a very helpful resource when reporting information to employees and senior leaders.
- It's great at streamlining current processes.
- UltiPro enables employees to be able to self serve which is a great time saver for HR professionals.
- Recruiting Gateway needs some improving but I think this is currently in the works.
- Setting up deductions can be challenging.
Easier analysis of our headcount trends and working towards a paperless HR department.
- Bamboo HR, ADP and Workday
UltiPro had better global capabilities than the other options. They also had competitive pricing.
