We utilize Vena currently for the forecasting and budgeting process. We are looking to expand into month-end close procedures as well. Vena works very well for our purpose as it's in a tool we are very familiar with in excel.

Vena support is top-notch. We are often a small fish in the ocean and Vena treats you as if you are their only client.

This was very easy for us and did not take a lot of questions or effort on our end.
The online training was effective, it would be nice to see a more personalized solution. I understand the training is tailored for all industries, but it would be nice to see industry-specific use cases.
No complaints. The system is highly customizable and fixes our use case as an organization.
Ask to see other setups and use as many prebuilt templates as you can. Every business has its way but using existing templates saves a lot of setup time and can be customized after they are already built.

We have a fairly complex revenue model that we haven't been able to integrate into any other platform. Being able to bring this in and allow it to grow with us is an important step in our continued success.
This cloud-based system is available 24/7 and support is very timely compared to other products/vendors of this size.
The ETL tool literally took minutes and was configured in a way that did not create waves in our setup.
