Overall Satisfaction with Vena
We utilize Vena currently for the forecasting and budgeting process. We are looking to expand into month-end close procedures as well. Vena works very well for our purpose as it's in a tool we are very familiar with in excel.

Vena support is top-notch. We are often a small fish in the ocean and Vena treats you as if you are their only client.
Not too much in this area to report. We were so far behind, just getting up to speed has helped us pivot to new types of reporting.
This was the only solution we considered.

Configuring Vena
Ask to see other setups and use as many prebuilt templates as you can. Every business has its way but using existing templates saves a lot of setup time and can be customized after they are already built.
I don't have any additional configuration concerns. The product works as advertised.

We did not. The product was already pretty pricey, It was not in our ROI to get premium support.
We consistently have the best product support. Frank and Team are always timely and work hard to find us the best solution. If nothing else, this alone will keep us with Vena.

The ETL tool was very easy to use and integrated seamlessly.
Use an outside project management firm if nessicary. You can drag out your integration much longer than nessisary if you are not on time and timely.

- 365 integration will be interesting.
