Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint

WatchGuard AuthPoint has allowed us to secure our endpoints and applications in a simple and secure way. Unlike other solutions that require in-depth deployment servers and setup, WatchGuard AuthPoint is simple and straightforward. Most other solutions also don't allow you to secure the Desktop login and the depth of services and applications that AuthPoint does. With most other solutions it takes multiple solutions or an in-depth and advanced deployment to cover what WatchGuard AuthPoint does from a simple deployment.
  • Desktop MFA.
  • Application MFA.
  • VPN MFA.
  • Offline access.
  • Multi domain linking for multiple accounts accounts. i.e. Local AD and Azure AD.
  • Allowed us to meet compliance in a cost effective way.
  • Simple implementation.
  • End user friendly.
We have worked with WatchGuard for over 12 years and they have always done what they said and stood behind their products. We have never had an issue with the Customer Service or Tech Support.

Yes

We have deployed AuthPoint for all scenarios that we have evaluated so far. Usually this comes up against Azure MFA with in the Microsoft 365 Suite or Duo, but Azure MFA won't cover Endpoint MFA without ADFS and Duo doesn't cover all that AuthPoint does and is more expensive. I am sure there is a place where AuthPoint isn't a fit, but I haven't found it yet!
