Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint

We use it for 2fa for our VPN connections. This helps add a layer of security when connecting into our network. Cyber security is our top priority. It is very easy to use, and very easy to deploy and teach users how to use. Also resetting a token is very easy.

Watchguard integrates easily into active directory which makes it very versatile. There are a lot more options inside of watchguard Authpoint versus DUO mobile authentication. It also works a lot better on end user devices in my opinion. The reliability of both products are top notch. The pricing is also much better on Authpoint

I only have experience with Authpoint 2fa. It is very well suited to any company that needs to add 2fa to VPN connections, which is industry standard at this point. It is less appropriate for things that do not require 2fa, or else have another 2fa that already exists currently

Evaluating WatchGuard AuthPoint and Competitors

Yes - Duo Authentication. It replaced DUO because we were looking for something with an easier interface and better pricing. Watchguard Authpoint was an easy choice because it for all of the check marks we were looking to cross off. DUO also had some reliability issues, so we needed to move onto something else.

Ease of use, which is pretty self explanatory. There are a lot of other products out there. A lot of them are more expensive. Some of them are cheaper but ease of use is very high on our list because keeping things simple is our motto at work. Authpoint helps us accomplish that
I'm not sure I would change anything, we ended up with a great product.
