Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Webex App is our main meeting app and using for daily & weekly meetings. This application is being used across the whole our organization. In my opinion, during this quarantine, Webex App solved our one of the biggest problems, communication which is high class and most optimized way. we need that kind of professional solution and we can integrate it with our other applications.

  • Easy access for personal room to create meeting.
  • While joining personal room, having a chance to select people from organization.
  • Implementing WebEx with other Cisco production without using API.
  • During quarantine, it solved most of our problems.
  • Easy to access team meeting in organization.
  • During quarantine, all companies required high investment for collab products and Cisco solution for licensing and pricing is very useful.
For me, Zoom is new application and doesn't know customer needs for an application and can't integrate with any instant messaging app. Microsoft Teams has integration with Microsoft & Microsoft Azure apps but stability and availability on Webex App made me ignore this situation. Skype for business is useful for instant messaging and scheduled meeting but it's not innovative for a couple of years and couldn't detect customer requirements for 2021.
Cisco has satisfactory solutions for internal side or partner side. And most of the time, they are collaborated with each other and provide solutions for emergency situations and they diagnose other integrated Cisco systems if one of them causes a problem in Webex App. In my opinion, solution and support is main issue. Producing available and reliable system requires high level support and knowledge. Because some cases could be catastrophic for this system.

During my shift, I can easily access meetings. I can join team meetings and easily connect via phone or computer. I also can join Webex App via phone call. I also can easily share my screen and export meeting chat logs easily at the end of meeting. During technical session, I can record meeting and check the technical mop with this recording.
Most of my colleagues or ex-colleagues use different apps such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Skype and they all have main problems which Webex App doesn't have. I mostly mention about it. Most of the time pricing becoming problem for other organization. But Cisco adds and references cover this issue and discounts are really high for new incoming customer and renewals are not high compare to early years.

  • Instant Messaging on Webex App.
  • Easy to create meeting and joining.

  • Creating sudden meeting.
  • Adding people on sudden meeting (I wish I could invite people during joining my personal room).
  • Joining second meeting causes problems sometimes.
Yes - It works pretty good, but when I add my phone number on Computer app, I can't add it to my phone app. I should be able to add both apps at the same time. On the other hand, sometimes I couldn't join a Webex meeting from Webex team. But as I mentioned, Webex App is more reliable than other mobile apps for meetings.
