Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
Our entire organization uses the Webex App. We use it for quick communication between employees (both in-office and teleworking), setting up video calls and meetings, and regularly connecting with our Cisco reps.
- Nice interface
- Easy to set up and join meetings
- Good way to chat with co-workers quickly and collaborate
- The "call my phone" option isn't always available because the person who set up the meeting doesn't have that functionality. It should be a basic option included with all subscriptions.
- I should be able to use "do not disturb" without others seeing it, simply as a way to mute notifications but only for a certain amount of time.
- I'd like a way to preview my video screen without entering a meeting yet; maybe I want to set up my camera an hour beforehand and get that out of the way.
- Using the Webex App on a regular and consistent basis helps our company to be better ambassadors and marketers of the product!
- Zoom
Webex is way better than Zoom. Zoom is substandard, even for personal interactions, because the interface isn't instinctual and it can be confusing about how to join a meeting. Zoom is also a very unsecure platform, which we've seen in headlines throughout the pandemic. Webex App takes security very seriously and has the infrastructure to back it up. Webex is the Gold Standard for what businesses, governments, and school systems should be using to keep their users safe.
