Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Across the whole organization. It covers the IM, Calling (Unified Calling), and MEETINGS portion of what users tend to use in our ORG. The only thing that it doesn't seem to cover that our users use day-to-day would be actual Email.
  • The IM functionality is great because it no longer require Expressways/on-prem equipment (less troubleshooting on our side).
  • Wish that it would be easier for users taking multiple calls at the same time (for users such as secretaries and receptionists). Would like for it to be an easy replacement for HARD Cisco phones. SOFTPHONE ONLY would be ideal if it were easier to use for multi-line users.
  • Wish it would be easier to import contacts from Jabber over to Webex (without user intervention with the IMPORT tool).
  • Wish that Webex could set different retention times for ONE-to-ONE chats as opposed to GROUP SPACES.
  • Webex seems to have covered multiple APPS we used to run (Jabber and Webex meetings in ONE).
The only comparative product seems to be Zoom, but as far as security, Webex seems to edge it out there which is why we went with it.
It seems to be brand new for the support staff as well and I find myself at times feeling like the BETA tester and that TAC seems to find their bugs through my TAC cases which I create.

Easy to use for tech-oriented users. A bit less natural for older/non-technical users.
It has covered all the unified communications needs that our company needs. The only complaint would be that the visual look of Webex seems to change every few months which seems to confuse our users (older users).
