Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

Webex Calling is the default chat and telefonie app in our organisation, it's a mandatory tool for all colleagues. Status sharing is optional, but most of the colleagues are using it too. We can say, that it's one of our main tools, our collaboration hub between the teams and colleagues.

We use the Webex Calling app as the default chat and telefonie app in our organization. Next to that, the Webex meetings Ppp is also there, for joining in meetings or schedule them from it. Our VPN service is using a Cisco product too, the Anyconnect tool, which is by default installed on all workstations.
From my point of view, it's a good tool, I really like it. Offers for me the necessary services, most of the time easy to use and the speed is acceptable too. The functions are there, which I need and seems secure too, but thats not my responsibility to decide.
It's pretty much the same, I use both of them. Functionality is more or less the same, the design is a little bit different. We have some teams, who are using Teams, other ones Webex Calling, so it's a bit of a mixture, we have to use both of them, but not a big difference.

No

The chat function is good, I really like it, much more then in some other similar tools. Calling functions are okay too, maybe there's some room for improvement in speed, but not that bad.. The settings menu is, I think a bit messy, I have too search a lot for some little settings.
