Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is being used across the entire organization for expenses management and reimbursements. Every time a worker needs to travel to another city/office while on duty, we submit the hotel, taxi / transport and food expenses here (until a maximum daily limit) so that they can be reviewed by his manager and someone from Finance department.
  • Seamless approval process.
  • Field detection from a photo.
  • Ability to create groups of attendees (i.e. teams), and later on add those groups to claims.
  • Cost control.
On the latest revamp the usability has greatly improved.
I never had to use Webexpenses support.
Before Webexpenses was a reality, the overall process of getting expenses approved was way more complicated and took twice the time.

In an overall review of the platform, I do believe Webexpenses is a useful and intuitive tool to address some simple processes inside a corporation.
On the claims module, which I use frequently both as a submitter and as approver, the majority of the tasks are simple and intuitive. The latest visual revamp was also a success.
