Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

I believe we use this system across our organisation. It has made the payments procedure slicker and faster, this has made my life so much easier. Also begin mobile it's great just to log in on my phone app.

  • Quick turn around on submission and payment
  • They keep you informed of any maintenance on the site in good time
  • Uploading receipts can sometimes be tricky.
  • Not begin able to split a receipt.
  • Personally found has made my life easier.
  • Less time consuming.
I give this rating, as it really has made my life so much easier. I am not a numbers person at all so if I can use this then anyone can.
Sometimes I have had to wait a while for someone to respond to a query, but on the whole no problem.
My only contact with Webexpenses is as a person submitting a claim and my company credit card.
I have not used or evaluated any other product this is the first time using this type of platform and I really like the experience.

This is well suited to people on the go regional or people who want to run an efficient financial department. Not constrained by 9-5 this is 24hrs access, which makes a different to those who do not work 9-5 hrs.
