Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used by the field sales team within the business to enable employees to input daily mileage and expenses to claim. Other departments can sign up and have access, but it is predominantly used by employees who enjoy company car benefits.
  • Mobile app - clear and easy to use.
  • Historical claims - ease of access to past claims and details.
  • Current claims - highlighted information, easy to see and edit.
  • Page layout - on web in particular, the layout is sometimes difficult to navigate.
  • Receipts - adding can be clunky.
  • Reduced admin time for expense processing.
Clear and easy to use, different sections well marked. Only downfall would be adding receipts and the web version layout. Mobile app is better.
Efficient, any queries and/or questions answered in a timely manner.
Mainly used for mileage input, mobile app makes this easy and can input daily before submitting on a monthly basis.
The app does what it needs to do.

Would recommend in any scenario where employees are having to claim expenses regularly. Would also be suited where there are sporadic expense claims.
