Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Our entire company uses WebExpenses to manage and claim expenses. The UI is quite intuitive and the process is very easy to complete, [ergo] making expenses one less thing to worry about.

  • Mobile responsiveness.
  • Easier management of expenses
The UI is really clear and straight to the point. It's easy to view past claims [and] receipts to amend current claims if you've forgotten to add receipts or descriptions. You can easily filter your claims too. The dashboard is intuitive and allows you to quickly see what amounts are outstanding and what has been approved and paid.
As an employee, Webexpenses has helped me to quickly submit relevant expenses and get them approved with less effort than before.
An easy-to-use, [with] no bells and whistles, [software] that's straight to the point and allows users to see claims all in one place. Adding approvers is also quick and easy.

As an employee, I use Webexpenses to quickly submit receipts and claims for any purchases I've made which I can claim back [such as] travel, training courses, and other miscellaneous costs for online products and services. Our finance team can quickly review and approve these [expenses] ensuring employees get paid back quickly.
