Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Our entire organization uses it, but not every employee. We are facility that provides services and permanent residence for those with severe mental and physical disabilities. Everyone in the corporate office uses Webexpenses as well as supervisors and Administrators of each of our 24 housing sites. It has been extremely challenging in the past to get physical receipts from over 70 people who have purchasing privileges. Webexpenses has provided a simpler way of obtaining, submitting, and documenting purchasing records. It may seem complex when first learning Webexpenses, only because it is different than what people are used to. But the more its used, the easier it becomes. The idea of physical receipt submission now seems archaic.

Cons
- I think the hardest thing to understand is the travel reimbursement. When I type in the address of where I went, it pulls up the map. Not sure why I need this?
- Again, hard to speak to this since I only work alongside the accounting department but not in the department itself. The simplicity and timesaving qualities can't help but benefit ANY organization
