Overall Satisfaction with WebPT

WebPT is our EMR for PT, OT, SLP, and dietitian consultations. We use it in the office, in a satellite office, in the home for Medicare part B, and for virtual therapy. We started using HEP for patients and are now billing RTM codes. We tried insurance verifications, but it very rarely worked; we hired someone to do it. That was the worst product WebPT ever came out with. WebPT billing is the best, the most effective, most efficient, communicative, and has the best staff support. Reach is good to have for NPS and auto emails but has less support. Digital Intake is helpful for us but hard to implement for patients, and response time is very slow.
  • EMR SOAP 2.0 - clean, efficient, helps document well but fast. Sometimes I can get an eval done WHILE the patient is here because of the templates.
  • HEP is very good, has excellent features to save and copy, an excellent app, and many exercises available.
  • WebPT Billing is excellent in every way. Worth every Penny.
  • Worldpay allows us to charge through WebPT payments and save credit cards, we almost never miss a copay!
  • Analytics have great reports, but the program is slow.
  • Digital Intake needs to be more user-friendly for the patient and more responsive with support
  • Outcomes do not always work
  • EMR sometimes loses data, slow, crashes
  • Idea portal is great but takes a long time to get new ideas to pass through
  • Since signing on with WebPT Billing, we went from a deficit every month to a positive revenue flow and now over $21k a month in net income. AND no billing headaches.
  • WebPT analytics and EMR allows us to track patient visits, cancel/no show rate, payments posted in cash services, types of patients, and visits to show investors to help support our business.
  • HEP allows us to bill RTM codes, about $300 per patient!
Not only has WebPT filled the EMR hole that we needed, it continues to adapt as needed: home visits, multiple schedules, integrated data with 20 in outcomes and digital intake, billing system integrations, HEP, and they are continually evolving and listening to members for ideas on how to improve to increase efficiency.
We put locks on for KX modifiers, active POCs, authorization alerts, Direct access alerts, and billing locks to keep our therapists in compliance and minimize mistakes and headaches later. Templates also allow us to add categories and required fields to keep clinicians compliant.
