Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
We use WebPT as our physical therapy EMR, scheduling, and billing. This is the most user-friendly. We looked at Athena and another system and found them to be less user-friendly. We already use another EMR for our DR's which is SRS. That system is also good but does not fit our therapy practice. This is because with WebPT, we can do everything in one system, unlike our DR's who have to schedule in one bill in another and document in another. I like having everything in one.
- Very friendly staff always willing to help.
- They also worked with our billing system so that our charges would come into our billing system automatically, which was very complicated.
- Setting up the system to start using was very easy and fast.
- It should ask more than once if the therapist is sure they want to finalize the notes because when you prep the day before your patient comes in and you don't fix the date, you will have to do an addendum.
- I don't have any stats in my position, but with the reach program, we are getting old patients calling in to get back in our office. So I do know that it is a lot better in this way.
Like I said prior, they worked with us to bring the charges from WebPT to our billing system automatically, which is awesome.
They are on top of all rules, modifiers, etc.
