Overall Satisfaction with WebPT

We use WebPT billing and EMR. I work with billing to get paid for Physical Therapy services.
  • EMR works well for staff
  • Text reminders and scheduling program
  • Communication, our account was deactivated, and I cannot get anyone to call me back and explain what happened and why
  • Cost of integrating history of patients should be part of cost
  • Better claim rates when working than prior billing company
We are a small office, WebPT has not really helped us at all.
Easier to take care of claim denial as we can transfer data needed electronically.

Billing has not been good at communicating. In my experience, they deactivated our account, and no one caught it until we noticed we were not getting income, and no billing for 2 months and 2 weeks. It's good with text reminders to patients.
