Unhappy with WebPT billing
Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
We use WebPT billing and EMR. I work with billing to get paid for Physical Therapy services.
Pros
- EMR works well for staff
- Text reminders and scheduling program
Cons
- Communication, our account was deactivated, and I cannot get anyone to call me back and explain what happened and why
- Cost of integrating history of patients should be part of cost
- Better claim rates when working than prior billing company
