Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
Fitness Quest is a physical therapy company that utilizes WebPT for both electronic medical records and billing. We have 16 clinics that use WebPT. Having the billing side takes the stress of filing claims to insurance, and using the electronic payment posting helps with correct and timely posting payments. The EMR side allows our clinicians to bill properly for the work they have done and creates legible records for both our referring physicians and anyone treating the patient.

The EMR has met our needs as we had to utilize an EMR for compliance with state requirements.
It only works if you set those compliance guidelines.
We had previously used RevFlow and went into WebPT when they merged. Previously used paper charts.
