Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
WebPT is used in our clinic as a means of handling client/patient scheduling and documentation for each training/therapy session that is completed in our facility. We are able to set recurring schedules and set reminders for patients. It also gives us a platform for all in-house documentation making it easy for in house billing department to send out for insurance purposes.
- Scheduling is easy to understand
- Documentation is easy to understand
- Really easy to pull reports and analytics
- WebPT also provides a marketplace to buy supplies
- Documentation does not autosave so some documentation may need to be restarted
- Changing recurring schedules can some times change all events, even past events, making it hard to understand when someone was previously scheduled
- At one point adding new users was difficult
WebPT has not helped us achieve a specific positive outcome or overcome any challenges. We have used WebPT since the beginning and have not had to look at other software programs to replace it.
It has not helped us refine the patient experience.
WebPT has worked so well for our needs that we have not researched other similar programs to replace it.
