Overall Satisfaction with Winning by Design

We started with our SDR team, afterward, the management team and the AE’s took the appropriate course. We used it to boost our company wide SaaS knowledge after growing super fast for 3 years without true SaaS practices.

  • Sometimes their style is very “American” and not useable in Europe. For example, how to act during cold calls
  • Flexibility in courses and start dates
  • SaaS orientated
  • The E-learning platform (also for accountability - do your “homework” which you need to do before the sessions to prepare)
  • Faster onboarding of SDRs which results in more quality demo’s planned, and faster
  • Speaking the same SaaS language in the office saves time
  • Employees want to learn and develop. In-house we don’t have a dedicated person to do so, so it saves an FTE and time
Nothing really. We have Pavillion as well for the management team and we have created a lot of in-house training materials.
