Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
Workfront is being used by my organization within various lines of business that span across the organization. This project management tool is able to help our line of business with communication, streamlining of processes, ability to track work progress and status updates, and provide analytics/reporting as needed.
- Overall interface makes this product very intuitive. Ease of project creation, setting up approvals, seeing status updates and progress of project.
- Built in reporting and dashboard creation makes report-out easier and timely.
- Customer support is incredible! They are there when you need them.
- Providing a Global Community forum allows the assistance from others who use Workfront. Awesome!!
- Training and Help Sites: the ability to have training offered either On-Demand, Pre-recorded or Live interaction is extremely helpful. Help site also provides helpful information.
- Help site: due to rapid product enhancement, the Help site isn't always reflecting current information.
- Greater flexibility with queue setup and routing rules (e.g. hiding subject line, queue topic setup creates extra folders when it comes to routing, ability to rename queue topic field--it mirrors name of Request Type when there is a routing rule applied)
- Allow issues to be prioritized so you don't have to convert issue to a task.
- Allow auto-populate of names within custom form option.
- Ability to put tasks on hold.
- Workfront allows us to manage workflows more accurately and track time against projects.
- Workfront allows us to provide better business solutions and efficiency, which created quality assurance and tracking.
- Workfront will allow us to track ROI on all efforts.
By far Workfront is the best in regard to interface and intuitive navigating. I was not part of the selection process, however research went into product and compared to other apps offered within organization and this was selected due to ease of use.
