Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike is used as a project management tool for our business operations, marketing, and product teams. It's a good tool to use to manage what projects are the highest priority, make sure things don't get lost in the cracks, and put things in sprints. Several departments in our organization use it, but the whole company is not on it yet.
- Nice reporting features.
- Gantt chart.
- Document management.
- Hard to find requests you've submitted.
- Set-up is complicated.
- Can be expensive based on your plan level.
- Ability to submit support tickets to our business operations team.
- Better coordination/prioritization of business operations projects - We're able to get things completed.
Certain teams still use Asana and JIRA within our organization because they better suit their needs than Wrike does. Our IT and Dev teams love JIRA because it's easy for them to create stories and use agile development practices. Our marketing and creative teams still use Asana because of the easy of interdepartmental collaboration and it's ingrained in our internal processes.

Using Wrike
500 - Teams across the company use Wrike to help with project management and to work in sprints. Essentially every team in the company (except for Dev and Product) uses Wrike in some capacity to handle all of our projects or requests in the organization.
2 - We have 2 project managers who are deeply trained on Wrike. If we have any questions on how to use Wrike, its functionality, or if things aren't working then they're the people that we go to. If they don't know then we will reach out to Wrike support for help.
- Project Management
- Budget/Approval Requests
- Resources planning/allocation
- We have a folder in one of our spaces where it's just for brainstorms/big ideas. Here anyone on the team can post their ideas of things we'd like to do if we had no roadblocks, or when we're in a meeting and inspiration strikes and we need a place to put it down.
- I would love it if Wrike could embed iFrames in a space. You can attach files but it would be so nice to be able to post links to commonly referred to sites or embed a dashboard into the space.
- Blueprints will be big for us in the future as well. Being able to replicate a project template will help us as we try to launch product faster and more effeciently.
- The integration with Ally.io is going to be really helpful for us as we look to shift our organization to OKRs
