Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
I use Wrike almost daily by submitting request(s) to my engineer, design, product, etc. teams in the pursuit of building advertising campaigns for digital publishers.
- Tagging specific teams
- Automatically assigning request timelines
- Notifying you of updates
- Viewing active, previously active, completed, etc. tasks. It's never in chronological order.
- Home screen of active tasks not easily digestible
- I never had a proper training of the platform, but rather had to learn on my own.
- Mostly positive, but a lot of areas of improvement in terms of platform UX
Salesforce has a dashboard per prospect, client, etc. with easily digestible task next steps
