Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Wrike to manage all of our projects and to work across departments. We also use it to make requests of other departments.

Keeping up with a timeline
Requests and forms

Calendar integration with Outlook
Connecting email with Wrike was better previously
The feautre that changes dates when someone puts their out of office date throws things off sometimes

Return on Investment

Great for cross department collaboration
It's has really helped certain deparments keep up with and organinze requests

This is a very good product for project management and tracking task within and across departments. This is not a tool for storage of items you would like to find again. You could do that but that is not the main purpose. The area that it is great for is tasks and projects that teams need to get done.
