Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike to keep track of all our agency projects. We assign and manage work from it, and use it as a historical record. Wrike helps to keep everyone in the organization on the same page with projects, as well as keeping individuals accountable.

- Inbox structure
- Open to improvements from consumers (one of my comments have been implemented)
- The ability to make projects trees
- Inbox structure could have some added function
- Automation of tasks

- ADVANTAGE, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Data Studio and Basecamp
Wrike is eons better than Advantage, and would be my preference over Basecamp as well. However, I did enjoy Salesforce in that it had many automations in place, was used as our CRM, and had the ability to make project trees - yet it did not have as much customization at the user level (one person could only make process updates).
