Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike as a process workflow tool for our operations and finance functions. It provides a clear plan for all projects within the business, and also gives managers the ability to track progress against the key milestones. Once set up, it is an excellent tool for staff and managers, and the collaborative elements of @tags enable quick and effective communication across our business. There are good levels of customisation as well, both within the business and within the departments to ensure we get the most out of the system and provide detailed, informative status updates.

Very similar, Slack is more geared around communication and Slack is more geared to task processing and completion.

It is well suited for making and monitoring a detailed project plan, that can be split into actions and assigned to one or multiple team members. The status updates are useful, and can be customised to see where there are holdups in your project. Blueprints are also an excellent feature for recurring tasks to allow quick and effective replication.
