Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike for all of our project planning and management. It has all of the team collaboration features you'd expect from project management software and does a great job at being the place where you put and find everything you need for a project. It also really shines at project forecasting and resource management. Being able to see the workload for a team or individual is such a great feature that's really hard to find.

- Wrike is complex so you really need to have a plan for using the software that everyone follows.
- It's not the most intuitive.
- It's made us more aware of our workload and therefore helped us to not over-commit.
- It's become the single source of truth for our team. Everything goes in Wrike so everyone knows where to find it.
- It's really helped us complete projects within the estimated timeframe and avoid delays.
Wrike just has so many more features as well as a more modern UI. It also has a very responsive support team that quickly implements suggestions if they find them useful.
