Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Wrike as project management tool. Our team uses it with our creative and brand department although I believe some engineering teams use it as well.

Pros and Cons

Tracks tasks for multiple people doing different things on a project
Makes it easy to review work
Is easy to see deadlines and stay organized

Can be challenging to navigate
Can be difficult to search for projects
They changed the UI and in some ways it is confusing.

Return on Investment

Overall it saves us time from playing telephone because there is one source for truth.
I believe the licenses are reasonable
It helps projects with many people involved get completed.

Wrike is good for big team projects where there are many moving parts to track.

Our team was considering adopting Wrike into just our workflow but passed because it can be too confusing. But other teams we work with use it. The tagging process can get too complicated fast which can be confusing.
